Response was quick for being an after hours call, Brandon was prompt and fixed our broken pipe quickly. Price was fair for being after hours. I will use 1st Choice again.

These guys were great. First time I used them and I'll definitely be using 1st Choice for future plumbing needs. What set them apart on the job I hired them for was their knowledge and confidence when bidding the work when other plumbers seemed nervous. From there, they did great work when they showed up...they were timely and courteous to my family...and their office manager was very kind as well.

First Choice replaced my two aging water heaters with a tankless water heater for a competitive price. In addition, they did a great job removing the old system, rerouting the existing piping, and setting up a cleaner-looking system, all in one day. This is a big job and they did it well.

1st choice was very quick to respond to my inquiry. Brandon was the technician who was assigned to my job. He was FANTASTIC! He explained everything along the way, showed me ways to save money and did a thorough job. I highly recommend Brandon and 1st choice!

Team has been amazing. We moved into a new (older) home and have needed 1st choice on multiple occasions. They have an amazing team, customer service and have gone above and beyond more than once. Most recently Brandon came and he is so awesome explaining everything he does before he begins and kept us informed throughout. He spent 1/2 day here and did a great job. I would recommend the team for whatever your needs are.

Phil and Brandon were professional and friendly. They analyzed the issue and gave me an estimate. They also did a good job cleaning up after. My only disappointment was the cost. I can’t say whether it was appropriate or not; but going in suspected it would be under $400. It ended up being $529. That may just be how much things cost these days.

Fast and efficient!

This company came recommended on our neighborhood app. I took a chance and called them. I was very pleased with my overall experience. Brandy booked the appointment for a furnace flush and Dave was the service tech. They were both great and easy to work with. I never once felt like anyone was being dishonest or “up selling”. That in itself was worth the 5 stars!

We have used 1st Choice Pro Services four times now. Two of the time, it was for a frozen pipe. They respond and had Tech on site within a few hours. The other 2 time for a shower drip and installation of a bar sink. Everyone, from beginning to end is very professional and friendly. 5 stars....

My water heater was leaking, I called as soon as they opened at 8:30 and a technician was at my house at 10. He presented me with options and their costs, I decided to replace the water heater. It was installed before 1:00. Great service! I highly recommend 1st Choice Pro Services.

1st Choice Pro Services did a great job for us. We decided to use them after a neighbor recommended 1st Choice. Phil and Brandon were timely, conscientious, friendly, neat & orderly, and knowledgeable. On two different occasions, they installed a whole house water filtration system, new hose bib, main water shut off valve, water heater anode rod and disposal. They did a great job.

Plumbers were very friendly and cordial. Very efficiently snaked my drain. They are to be commended!

Was very happy that they could fit me in with short notice and as in the past, I was very pleased with the work they did.

Called the office, and they gave me an appointment for the next day! A small repair job for them, but big to me. They advised me on options and answered questions. Very polite and professional. They performed the repair the same day. Bam! Done. Good job.

First class service every time!

We called 1st Choice Pro Services because it was highly rated on Nextdoor. We had seen some water pressures inside our house that were above what we expected from our water pressure regulator. We expected that we would have to replace our water pressure regulator.

David came the day after we called 1st Choice. He called close to the beginning of the two hour window we were given for our service call, said he was finishing up a previous call and would arrive in about 20 minutes, which he did.

David listened patiently to our clues and symptoms, and fairly quickly theorized that the culprit was not the water pressure regulator, but the expansion tank close to the water heater which was not pressurized. He did a test of turning up the hot water temperature on the water heater, and observed the water pressure building up. We then changed the pressure in the expansion tank from 0 PSI to 40 PSI, and reperformed the test. The pressure stayed constant! The problem was solved!

So David was an excellent trouble shooter, and prevented us from needlessly replacing a good water pressure regulator (and saved us a lot of money).

I would certainly recommend 1st Choice plumbing to others, and plan to use them on my next plumbing problem.

These guys are great! From the office staff being super helpful and quick to find us an appointment, to the guy who showed up to fix our leak. We have a home warranty, so he even took the time to call them and make sure everything was squared away so we would get reimbursed. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Needed an emergency gas repair. Christine did a great job with the repairs and coming back out in the evening to get the furnance and water heater back up once the gas company finally showed up to restore service.

Best plumbing contractor we have ever used. Employees are polite and the kind of people I feel comfortable with in my home. They are always on time and will call if a part is delayed in shipment. 1st Choice installed a Navien tankless water heater for us and upon arrival they covered the carpet with a clean canvas drop cloth. Yesterday they replaced our leaking PEX water manifold. Quality work by professionals.

I recently made an emergency call to 1st Choice on a Saturday morning when I discovered water leaking from above our ceiling in the outside mechanical room. Brendan called back 10 - 15 minutes later and assured me that the water was coming from the water heater or manifold in the condo above. No need for a trip charge.

Their team is led by Brendan who is the owner. He is knowledgeable, personable and knows how to keep customers satisfied. He keeps his word which is huge in the trades... good as gold.

Incredible experience! A collaboration between two companies...one of which lost it’s plumber unexpectedly... and the other stepping up to the plate to fill in. Two toilets, a pedestal sink and four faucets replaced with no issues. An amazing process! Highly recommend them!

I had an emergency the night before Thanksgiving. They came out at 9:30 pm to fix it. They price was definitely reasonable considering it was the night before a holiday. I definitely recommend this company.

I had a pin hole leak in a hard to reach area in my subfloor. I had to shut off my water to the whole house until I got the leak fixed. After calling a couple different places and one visit from another company who said he could fix it but he would need to tear out a big portion of my wall to get to the leak, he said he would have to come back another day to fix it. This would leave me without water for more days. I told him I need to try to find someone who might be able to get to the job sooner. I jumped back on the internet. I found 1st choice and their many great reviews so I called them at about 3:30 pm crossing my fingers that they might be able to help me. Sure enough they sent out a tech and he worked on the leak for a couple hours and only removed a small portion of my wall to fix the leak. I had my water back on 4 hours from the time I placed the call. The job would've been done an hour sooner but they accidently typed in the wrong address lol
